Shipping policy

Shipping timeline
Once your order is received, your jewelry is handmade and can take 1-2 weeks to ship unless otherwise noted due to order volume, illness, or time away. If your order will take longer than 4 weeks we will attempt to contact you to let you know.

Order tracking
All orders are mailed through USPS. We provide you with tracking information as soon as it is available. We are not responsible for delays once your order has been received by the post office.

Lost or stolen packages
Once your order has shipped it is out of our hands. When there is tracking available it will be provided to you. We do not offer refunds for missing or stolen items. Please ensure you have provided a secure mailing address and if you experience an issue with shipping, we recommend filing a claim with USPS.

Address issues
If you have provided incorrect shipping information and your package is returned to us,  you will need to pay the additional shipping cost to re-send it to you.
